a moodra technique you can carry with you as you meditate and also as you go about your day.

Remember you can use these techniques as you go about your day and not reserve them exclusively for the time you are seated meditating.

The technique I want to share with you

will help you to feel more connected to the rhythm of life.

This is called the Darma Chakra Mudra.

And to do it, it's simple and easy to do. You will hold your hands right up at your

chest level and then touch your thumb and your index finger together

creating a circle. It's actually supposed to represent a wheel, representing the wheel of life that is often referred to as the meaning of life in yoga and meditation.

And then with the thumb and index finger of your right hand,

go ahead and pinch the tip of the middle finger of your left hand.

So your thumb and index finger are touching, creating a circle,

and then just take your right hand and pinch the tip of

your middle finger with your left hand. So that is the Darma Chakra Mudra.

It helps to calm your mind and uplift your spirit,

and it represents a continuous flow of energy.
