Okay, so my topic today is igniting the spark, the magic documentary.

So it just came out at Gen Con. It is something that I had a chance to participate in. I'll talk about that today.

And if you are at all a fan

of magic and magic history, and why wouldn't you be, you're listening to my podcast,

this is a must-see. So I will say this. If you have not yet seen igniting the spark,

I recommend you stop right now. Go to iTunes or Amazon Prime or whatever you get

your videos and go watch it. It's about two hours long. I believe it's 116 minutes. And it is

really cool and I'm going to talk about it as if you have seen it. So if you do not, I mean, I don't know how much spoiling there is. This is magic history. So there have been a number of magic documentaries,

many of which that got recorded and then didn't get finished.

I've been interviewed for a lot of ones that didn't end up making it.

But this, so Ignatine Spark was made by Brian Stillman and Kelly Slagg are the directors,

along with Seth Polansky.

Those are the three people that made it.

They previously had made Eye of the Beholder, the Art of Dungeon Dragons, and numerous

other documentaries.

They do play magic. They do play magic.

They do like magic.

They were excited.

It was definitely something they were passionate about.

And it is they got, they interviewed, not everybody, it's a few people they didn't get to,
