| 1:47.0 | So throughout this series, we're going to focus on a personality trait every single day and I'm going to |
| 1:57.8 | share a meditation technique with you to help you cultivate that trait because you might be wondering are these traits innate |
| 2:08.8 | or can I work on myself and start having them show up in my own life, my own personality? |
