And today what I wanted to do is I wanted to reflect on 10 really important things that I've learned in 10 years in business and while these certainly

all can apply to business, they also just apply to life in general or to health in general or to

I posted them on social and got so many messages and comments and people reaching out with one that hit home more

than the rest or one that they really needed to hear. I wanted to not only share

them here on the podcast but kind of elaborate and go into a little bit more detail on them.

So these are in no particular order, but the first of 10 is just don't stop.

You know, when I think about how I struggled with my weight for literally

decades that is not an exaggeration. If I had just not stopped, it would have made all the difference.

I would have saved heartache.

I would have saved myself loss of confidence and loss of self-trust. I certainly would have done less

damage to my health and I would have saved a ton of energy and years of time.

See something I think we forget is that we can slow down without stopping, right?
