I hope you've experienced more loving kindness for the world around you and for yourself. In today's episode, you're going to be guided on a walking meditation.

Now, this is a reward for yourself for all you've been doing and if you're just joining in no

worries you're in the right place

You can go on this walking meditation and celebrate loving kindness.

Now I know it's not always possible to get out there and walk. So in that case I

encourage you to sit down as you normally meditate and close your eyes and if you can sit outside, that is perfect. If you can't, sit inside but open a window or a door to connect yourself with the outdoors. This really does take

your meditation to a different level. If you are indeed walking outside, focus on sending loving kindness to those who may be around you that you pass. You might be on a busy street or maybe you're in your

neighborhood and every once in a while you pass someone.

Smile at them.

Whether or not they smile back at you

and just send out loving kindness.

Now if you're seated,

visualize yourself walking in a favorite location, passing people who you may meet on an average day, sending

them loving thoughts. And as you do this, I want to mention something

important. If you're out walking and you are sending

loving kindness to someone and they don't necessarily reciprocate or maybe they even kind of scowel at you or definitely don't send good vibes your way.
