| 1:51.0 | moodra that you likely have seen on statues of deities holding their hands in |
| 1:59.2 | this mudra is where you form a circle with your thumb and your index finger. |
| 2:07.0 | So you touch the tip of your thumb with the tip of your index finger and your other fingers are extended outward. |
| 2:16.1 | This mudra helps you to feel uplifted emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. |
| 2:30.0 | So you could do this with both your hands as you meditate today on loving kindness. |
| 2:37.0 | If you are just joining us, we have been doing a meditation challenge throughout the week where you're challenged to select |
| 2:48.4 | someone, a loved one, or maybe someone who is a little more difficult for you to love and |
