In today's episode, you're going to explore a loving kindness breathing technique.

And as you do this breathing technique, know that when you tap into the power of your breath, this is one of the fastest ways to manage your emotional state.

When you inhale and exhale deeply for even three breaths you instantly calm your mind and your body

So the breathing technique I'm sharing with you today so you can do it in your own

meditation is where you're going to inhale and mentally repeat loving.

And then you're going to exhale and mentally repeat kindness.

So you're not only going to be doing this breathing technique, inhaling, loving, exhaling kindness.

You'll also layer in the people that you selected to send out loving kindness to this week.

So for your first breath, visually picture the person that you're focusing on this week to send out loving kindness too.

Now this was someone that maybe is a loved one, someone you know who may need a little extra support right now.

It could even be, and if you selected this category, you get extra bonus points or karma points, I'll call

them.

And that is, when you send out loving kindness to someone who doesn't always trigger a loving kindness response from you,

this could be someone you're harboring a grudge against. It could

be someone who you're fearful of, maybe even someone who's harmed you.

Send loving kindness to this person, and you may notice yourself begin to let go of a garage.
