| 1:55.0 | it's much more introspective. |
| 2:00.0 | And so he was thrilled to see how dynamic meditation and yoga became in the West where he taught. |
| 2:12.0 | He settled in California. So this was an area where he lived out the rest of his life. |

| 2:29.8 | you in the past and it's a technique I do about once a week when I sit down to meditate |
| 2:38.0 | but I often do this technique throughout the day especially if I'm not feeling well, or I have some aches or pains |
