And I want to say, I'm back. I'm gone for just over a week and I'm not even sure which meditation episode I left off on but I live in Tampa Florida and we

experienced a hurricane a hurricane, a hurricane, a hurricane Irma, and the hurricane impacted a lot of the state of Florida.

And I'm very happy to say that although the hurricane was aimed directly at

Tampa it at the very last moment just hours before striking it hit land and broke up over land.

It just fell apart and that saved Tampa. We still had strong

winds and flooding but not nearly to the extent that was expected.

So we were spared a lot of damage and I evacuated Tampa along with many other people

and it was a little bit confusing I think I may have told you that I evacuated to

Dallas, Texas on a flight. Well that changed and I ended up driving out of Tampa in a throng of 6.5 million people who were also

evacuating, not all at once, thank goodness, but over the course of a few days.

And there were only two main highways leading out of Florida, the peninsula of Florida. So the roads were clogged and I made my way to South Carolina to stay with my best friend there. So it was a nice visit, although we couldn't help but, of course, have our thoughts continuously on what was happening in Florida,

especially with those who were greatly impacted by this storm.

So here I am back and I'm ready to meditate. I hope you are too. This series is a series about healing. So in honor of the many people who have lost their homes, who are physically injured, and emotionally
