| 0:35.0 | Well our theme for this week I think you're going to like it is self-love and in today's episode you'll be guided as you do a self-love technique in your meditation today. |

| 1:08.7 | The challenge for self-love is to create a space where you feel loved and accepted. |
| 1:20.0 | So this might be your own meditation space where you are right now. |
| 1:27.0 | Or this could be a place in nature where you feel loved and accepted. |
| 1:38.0 | Maybe some place for you enjoy walking or spending time outside. If you could create a space in the area |
| 1:49.6 | where you live that would be great because then you can go there any time. And in this space, you could place different items that remind you of who you are the best part of yourself. |
| 2:10.0 | Maybe from times where you felt loved and accepted, photos or different momentos from those times. |
| 2:30.9 | and you could also place momentos of goals you have, things you're striving for. |
| 2:37.8 | So that is your challenge for this week and spend as much time there as you can this week. So for the meditation technique for today for you to do as you meditate, I encourage you to settle |
| 2:49.1 | yourself in, relax your body, begin to notice your body. |
| 2:55.0 | breath. |
| 2:56.0 | And to focus on the past few days. |
| 3:00.0 | And to focus on the past few days you've |
| 3:08.6 | bring to mind the past few days you've experienced and go back through those days to the best of your ability and |
