But I want you to know that this could be the most important decision you make all day, because meditation is that powerful. It impacts your entire life.

So give yourself a lot of credit for getting ready to meditate. I'm Mary Meckley and I share a different

Now our focus for the week is moves, good moods. Your challenge is to cultivate the kind of mood you'd like to experience on a regular basis.
