little wooden rounds, think of like a little circular slice of wood, and we write on it the things that stood out to us from that year, like the year

that Roman was born, that was certainly one of my things or writing and publishing a book. We just want to

remember things and it's really fun every year to be able to reflect on the things

that stood out to us in that year.

review not only gives you the ability to look back and remember what you were doing in that year, but as

importantly, it allows us to reflect on what we can celebrate and where we need to change, where things need to shift.
