My job is to somehow make them curious enough or persuade them by hook or crook to get more aware of themselves and where they came from and what they are into and what is already there just to bring it out.

This is what compels me to compel them and I will do it by whatever means necessary.

Hello, hello, and welcome to the latest episode of Black Girl's Hill.

So this is another episode that I am recording online.

Live meaning I didn't record a month ago, I'm recording it a few days before it comes out and so I want to say thank you to everyone who

who messaged me telling me that episode 114 talking about financial complacency and abandonment as a red flag that that episode was helpful and validating for you.

That episode I was very nervous like I said in the intro. I was very nervous in putting it out. I recorded the intro 8 million times and it still wasn't right.

I still listen back and I was like, oh I should have said it this way.

Just because I know that when we talk about money and relationships that it can be very sensitive and right now I was also very anxious because right now there's a lot of discord online about money and relationships and what matter and what doesn't and I really didn't want to get caught up in

and some of the politics of that but I did know and I do know that there are a lot of women who are in relationships with partners who are making them feel not enough and the financial component and seeing that up front is a red flag for that.

And being honest about what is a true red flag versus a temporary thing and just seeing someone's integrity so I'm so happy that that was helpful for the ladies who needed it and thank you for letting me know that and sending your stories in for that.

With that said, today's episode I am continuing being responsive. I'm always responsive. All of my podcast episodes come from what I'm hearing from y'all, what I'm seeing from y'all, what I'm seeing with the women who I get to coach and who are my students.

But what somebody message me, she message me maybe a month or two ago in our text community group and so I have a free text line as in the show notes where I send out inspiration.

Once or twice a week sometimes I send out updates that I usually have to pick between the two because I don't want to send out too many messages so either I'll update y'all and things that are going on in Black Girls' Hill and or I will send inspirational content and just reminders or like a short story to communicate a lesson.

But anyways, she's in that free text community group and she message me and she message me there and I saw it sometimes I don't see them because there's a lot of replies because they actually come direct to me.

They're not, it's not some robot or somebody else taking care of them. I get them but I can't respond to all the messages.

But she sent a message that said you should have a podcast episode where you answer people's questions or that we can hear from your students and I was thinking well I did that two years ago.
