Well your challenge this week, your simplicity challenge, is to do a form of voluntary hardship.

Now as I've mentioned in the previous episodes this doesn't mean you have to go out and do something really grueling

Simply do something that will improve the world around you, that takes some effort on your part

to let go of excess to simplify. So for many people they're doing things

such as not using their mobile devices as much, not always texting or checking messages or

Or maybe you are getting rid of clutter and then you're going to donate the things you get rid of as you

simplify your physical possessions, you will pass them on to someone in need. Maybe you're eating less so you're

buying less food and this helps you to become healthier so that you can be a more productive member of society.
