Hello, my beautiful beans. How is everyone today? Happy Monday if you're listening to this, the day that it comes out.

Today, I wanted to do an episode all about getting out of your own way. I probably will refer back to a

I really want this to happen. But it almost feels like there are blocks in your way to making

things happen. And I'm going to show you why you are in control or how you are in control of a lot of

those blocks that are stopping you from living the life that you want to live or being

the person that you want to be or having the experiences or the relationships that you want to have

with other people and also with yourself. So there is so much that is in your control. I would say
