Many people consider the beach to be an escape for them and I happen to be at the beach this week.

So I'm taking you with me and I'm in a magical place. It's called Sanibel Island and it's off the

coast of Florida in the Gulf of Mexico and it's one of the best locations in the world for collecting

seashells. So I have a huge seashell collection from coming here from over the years and in the morning

people wake up early and you can find many rare shells.

Sanibel hosts the annual International Sees shell

Expo and people from all over the world bring and trade their rare

seashells. So here I am in Sanibel recording these meditations for you and
