| 0:30.0 | and the challenge is happiness. And this is a challenge by special request from a listener who listens in from the southernmost Japanese island of Okinawa. |
| 0:49.4 | And she listens with her nine-year-old son and the fenlistening I believe she said since this past |
| 0:56.9 | January and she had this request because she's living on this |
| 1:04.4 | island far far away from her home. |
| 1:08.6 | And her mother was just visiting her. |
| 1:12.3 | And her mother stayed for two months visiting and then when she returned back to the states, |
| 1:21.4 | she felt this sense of sadness. |
| 1:26.0 | And so instead of focusing on a sadness series, |
| 1:32.0 | as she requested I decided to do a happiness series and to create |
| 1:40.2 | happiness challenge so I hope you enjoy this week's series and I'm Mary Meckley. I |

| 2:51.0 | expectations that are unrealistic or it could even be |
| 2:59.3 | something you think you need or want in your life, but it really doesn't make you that happy. |

| 3:19.3 | most people overwhelmingly say that if they had just 10% more of what they already |
