theme because the emphasis is on peace is within you. It's not something that suddenly falls in your lap. It's

something you actively cultivate. So you choose peace. It doesn't choose you.

And in today's episode, you're going to explore a meditation technique that you can do in your meditation, or you

could do it as you go about your day, or as you drift off to sleep at night.

So in the beginning of this series,

cultivating that inner peace.

Now it's time to actively engage and share that peace, to create peace anchors

in your life. So as you settle yourself into your meditation, consider

There may be something you have that gives you great peace. And as you explore these people and places that bring you peace,
