meditation today or maybe you're lying down getting ready to sleep or maybe you're running around doing errands and you'll do these

And this is important because when you meditate

with the sunset, you see the day coming to a close, and when you see the sun setting, you feel within

yourself as though it's time for you to end your day as well. So there's a real

subtle psychological, physical, logical shift that takes place. So when you see the sunset, you're going to

feel like you're ready to go to sleep as well. Now if you could meditate with the sunset even once this week that's
