| 0:46.1 | This is a technique that will help you fall asleep and stay asleep. |
| 0:51.7 | So if you have trouble staying asleep, maybe you wake up in the middle of the night, |
| 0:55.3 | this is a technique you can do to get back to sleep. So the technique is very simple and easy to do and all it requires is focus. In fact, focus is really the best thing to help you fall asleep. |

| 1:59.5 | or taking a bath or doing yoga stretches or writing in a journal. |
| 2:06.5 | All these different things help you to mentally and physically prepare to embrace sleep. |
