series where you'll explore a different meditation technique you can take into your meditation today or even as you go about your day and our theme we're exploring this week is all about meditating with the sunset so you can sleep better.

You're going to discover techniques to help you release the tension of the day, to help you create

a nighttime ritual or routine to allow you to ease yourself into sleep. You're going to learn what to do when you can't fall asleep and what to do when you can't fall asleep and what to do to help you stay asleep.

this week is the very name of our series.

It is the sunset Meditation Series. So my challenge is for you to meditate with

the sunset. If you can go outside and meditate with the sunset, then you get extra bonus points for doing that.

But if you could simply, when you notice the sun starting to set, start to settle yourself in,

to spend a few minutes meditating. And I have one additional challenge for you this week

So not only do I want you to try to sit down and spend time meditating as the sun sets.

I'd love for you to start to create a nighttime ritual or routine for yourself. Things that you can do that will allow you to

set the tone for a beautiful rest and this could be as simple as lighting, candle,

and playing soft music at night, unplugging from electronics one to two hours before you go to sleep,

or beginning to do some stretches, maybe some light yoga stretches, or to take a bath,

whatever it may be, think about what you could incorporate to help yourself to sleep better.
