And welcome to part four of our seven part series this week we're exploring. This entire week is all about

And the theme this week is sunrise meditations.

And I challenge you to get up with the sunrise,

or even before the sun rises and meditate just spend even five minutes or

less hopefully you can spend a little bit more time than that, but sometimes that's all you have time to do.

So if you could add to this a little bit and go outside with the actual sunrise and greet

it as you meditate, you are likely going to experience a phenomenal rest of your day.

This is a powerful way to start your day.

So this is my challenge to you.

If you can't get outside to meditate with the sunrise, no worries. Just do this technique whenever you can, even if it's in the middle of the day.

But if you could do these techniques at the beginning of your day before all the different energies

start to come at you with other people and different distractions and overwhelm and all the things that

pull you away from focusing on your intention for the day, if you could set your intention first, then you'll find that you have much better focus and you're able to get a lot more done and be happier
