Summary

As I get older, I can FEEL the inflammation in my body when I eat more than a couple bites of sugar. Today I'm explaining what it is that we're feeling and how we can quiet the inflammatory response that arises after eating sugar.

Plus, we're talking about knowing what to do but pretending you still need answers because it that means you don't need to take action.

Lastly, I'm tackling a question about writing books.
