gratitude. It's a powerful way to start your day. It's also a powerful way to

end your day. And I've challenged you this week to see if you can get outside and meditate with the actual sunrise

where you live. You may even wake up well before the sunrise. I know I do. I like to sit outside

when it's dark, it's quiet, and I light a candle and I meditate outside. You might want to try this where you live as long as you feel safe and you can do this pretty easily.

If not, stay in your meditation space in your home,

but I recommend that you open a window or door, and the more you

could let the outdoors in, the more it's going to feel real intangible what your intention is for the day. So try this.

Try sitting outside with the sunrise as you do the meditations this week.

So you're going to be guided using a moodra. And you don't have to do the moodra if you're not really sure
