And welcome to part four of our 7 part series. We're exploring this week on happiness. Now if you haven't

0:18.9

listened to the other episodes, no worries. You can jump in on any of these episodes throughout this week's

0:26.2

series and you are just fine. There's no sequence. It's simply a focus using a different meditation technique on happiness every day this week.

0:39.2

And the technique you'll be discovering in today's episode is a technique that I share every

0:45.6

Wednesday on the podcast and it's a moodra. Now if you're not sure what a

2:07.8

really not sure you're open to moodras, no worries. You can simply listen to the technique and just don't do the

2:14.6

mudra part. And I want to let you know that you can find a photo of this mudra over at my Facebook page.

2:25.0

So I'll explain to you how to position your hands in the moudra for gratitude. If you want to see what it looks like, head over to sip and ome, that's

2:36.2

SIP, just like Sipping T, A, N, D, and O M, O, you might say that as you meditate.

2:45.7
