episode an herb because the herbs can benefit you in a similar way as do meditation techniques.

And the herb I want to share with you is an herb you likely have not heard about and that is the

herb lung wart so this is an herb that's actually pretty commonly used.

It's often found in cough medicines

because it helps to benefit your lungs.

But that's not all it benefits I wanted to share with you an

herb that would encompass a lot of your major organs that help you to filter or purify.

And lung wart benefits your lungs, which of course filter the air.
