So mindfulness meditations with your five senses. And in today's episode, you're going to be guided in a meditation technique that helps you to focus on your five senses as you meditate.

So in each episode in this week-long series

we'll explore a different sense and you can absorb yourself and immerse yourself in this sense as you do a meditation.

This is a really fun way to meditate and when you become really attuned to your senses and you strengthen them,
