We have been exploring breathing techniques this week and it's like a

your mind. So this is a breathing technique that you can do when you are experiencing a lot of pain or anxiety.

surgery in a hospital or if they're in incredible pain maybe they had some

kind of accident and they do this breathing technique to help them release pain.
