In today’s episode, I’m sharing my experience and my story going through the 12-step method for sex and love addicts. I share the transformations I experienced and the inspirations I’ve walked away with, allowing me to infuse a lot of the teachings and filling the gaps that needed to be filled in my work.

meet so much. I got a lot of great transformation. I took a lot of inspiration from my experience there
