Summary
One of the most common questions I get from my clients as we start working together is “how do I know when this is all going to be over?” The truth is many of my clients are dealing with terrible, horrific, and painful stuff that they don’t want to deal with anymore.
In today’s episode, I share the answer that I’ll give to you if you find yourself asking the same question. It’s not the prettiest answer, but it’s the best answer I have for you. I also share some smaller ways of noticing the real impact happening in your life.
Healing is not black and white, and the idea of never having any issues or disappointments in your relationships, bank account, and other aspects of your life is unrealistic. It is my hope that the 3 different steps I share with you will help you notice just how far you’ve come and are continuing to go with your healing process.
