I hope all as well as you get ready to settle yourself in to meditate or maybe you're out walking and doing errands or even getting ready to drift off to sleep. It's all fine. Whatever stage you are on this

meditation journey is just fine. Honor yourself. As you go through this process and know that this is a journey. We don't all
