Summary
I've been told, by at least a half dozen doctors, that I'd probably never get pregnant naturally. And yet, I've managed to get pregnant very quickly (and naturally) 3x at nearly 36, 37 and 38 years old. There were a handful of things I did (especially this last time prior to conceiving the twins) that I feel confident improved my fertility and I'm breaking them all down, in detail, on today's episode!

| 1:57.0 | this before, but since I was either 15 or 16, until maybe three years ago, that I likely |
| 2:07.5 | would not get pregnant naturally. And there were the primary reason for that was I was |
| 2:13.2 | diagnosed at 16 with polystic ovarian syndrome. A secondary reason was that I was very overweight. |
| 2:22.0 | And nobody really came out and said that was going to be a barrier to fertility, but I |
| 2:34.8 | mean it is. And so losing weight, no doubt, had a dramatic impact on my ability to get |
