0:11.0	clinical and with you instead of at you. I come unrehearsed on
0:15.9	purpose because self-help doesn't have to be so complicated. So I used to highly
0:22.1	encourage people to not come to Los Angeles because I'm selfish.
0:26.0	I want the city to myself and it's growing and there's tons of traffic.
0:31.0	There's been an exodus from New York and there's just tons of people coming in here and I've secretly wanted an earthquake so people would get scared and leave.
0:41.0	That is truth, but I'm also going to announce that I've had a change of heart.

0:59.4	LA is the best place to live. I'm bump in fist with Tupac right now because I'm from
1:06.1	LA grew up in LA, no nothing but LA, I love LA, can't imagine living
1:12.0	anywhere else. Anyway, okay, so this is not an advertisement for Los Angeles.
1:16.4	This episode is going to be about, or this episode is going to help, this is my intention, anyone who is coming to Los Angeles
1:27.0	because there's a lot of that happening and trying to start a life.

1:45.9	so there will be some tips in here for you. So I am using Los Angeles as the case

1:56.2	over moving somewhere new and it's really hard especially as adults to make new
2:00.5	friends and to build a life so that's what this episode is about and I have to go fast because I've got a lot of tips.
