It is so easy for us to get caught on autopilot going about the day-to-day

without really stopping to assess what's working and what's not and what feels good and what doesn't.

Ultimately, life should feel good a lot of the time. I do believe that. Even when things are

place where overall life feels good and you have faith that things are going to work themselves out.
