When I look back at this past year, it's crazy to think that some of my favorite things that

have happened within powerhouse women weren't even on my radar a year ago. I've learned that,

yes, having a vision and a plan for your life and your business is a great thing. You definitely

want to have a plan. But some of the

best surprises come when you leave just a little space in your plans for magic. Today I'm going to

share some of the biggest highlights from powerhouse women in 2019 and how more than a few of them

were not actually part of the original plan for this year.

So when I say leave room for magic, I am sharing from personal experience.

This is going to be a lot of fun.

Welcome back. I cannot believe we are wrapping up a year and wrapping up almost. I mean,

we're like almost to episode 75 of this little podcast project that when I look back a year ago,

it wasn't even on our radar. So I'm going to get to that in just a little bit.

But when I was thinking back about how I wanted to wrap up this year, I have spent a lot of

time over the last few weeks in the month of December, just really looking, of course,

looking ahead and looking at what I want to happen in 2020.
