We always try to find a way to for someone else to take care of the kids, like a babysitter or daycare or whatever, like why we have, why do we have kids then like the whole purpose of having kids is to spend time with the kids and that's true at the same time with the kids and that's true at the same, there's time that you need for yourself, yeah, as well as for your work. Yeah, he's a friend of mine that I met in real life

and it's one of those old school social media guys and he's really well known and beloved within the motion design scene

Oh, that's awesome. So it's kind of like

reverse social media. It's real life friends. So you didn't start his internet friends and then become friends in the real world.

Yeah, he knows people like for real like shook hands with them, had dinner with them and he's that kind of guy like once you meet him

you feel like you've known him for a long time.

He's very genuine and warm.

Very cool.

Fans of our channel might recognize the name Robert Rhenitzky, and that's because he's been on the

YouTube channel, and since then he and I talk about

lots of things and we thought it'd be a good idea to share our thoughts on family

and work-life balance. We both have kids we both have a partner he's got a partner, have a wife. And we're just

trying to figure out how we both manage to be able to do the work that we need to do

and yet not be strangers in our own household.

I think a lot of us would empathize with that.

I struggle with that myself and I have been working in the creative industry forever,
