Welcome back, everybody. You have no idea how thrilled I am to be back with

you this week, not only because I have a killer guest on the podcast, but because last week

was pretty rough for me.

Seems like an oxymoron, but it's true.

I had kidney stones last week, which if you haven't heard they really freaking hurt. It's been said that they are as painful as having a baby and I

haven't done that but I have had kidney stones and they're really freaking painful so I don't

doubt it now. But yeah, it was an interesting,

interesting experience in a lot of ways and I learned a lot from it, which I shared a little bit

of on Monday with my four ways to shift a negative situation, which I'll post that post in the show notes here so you can

read that if you haven't. But basically, I want to get a little bit more into the specifics
