Welcome back to the Wellness Wonderland Radio, everybody.

I am super excited because the one and only Joe Cross is in Wonderland today.

He is the man behind the wildly successful documentary film, Fat, Sick, and Nearly

Dead, where he chronicles a radical

life change that he makes. So I love this movie. You guys have seen me talk about it time and

time again in Wonderland, but if you have been living under a rock and you haven't seen it,

let me give you a brief little trailer. So it begins with Joe, who's 100 pounds overweight, loaded on prescription meds, and suffering from a debilitating autoimmune disease.

And Joe is at the end of the rope here.

And so doctors and conventional medicine are unable to help him long term, so he turns to the only

option left, which is his body's ability to naturally heal itself.

So he shows him trading in his junk food and hitting the road with a juicer and a film crew

and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables for 60 days. So I'll let you watch the movie

to see what happens. It's full of twists and turns and some really awesome characters that even

Joe himself wasn't expecting in the film. So Joe's passion for health and self-healing is infectious.

He definitely lives in his version of the Wellness Wonderland.

So it's a pleasure to get to know him.
