And I met Bex literally in an elevator.

We were just talking about this before we started

recording. We were at a Hayhouse conference and I was totally starstruck meeting her because I've

been following her amazing, blissed out wellness blog for a while now and she in person is completely

the embodiment of everything she is online.

One of those ladies who does it all with so much grace and ease.

I don't know how.

She's a mother, fitness and yoga instructor, TV host, blogger, farmer, been everywhere from

Forbes to Mashable. She's just really, really great. So thank you so
