just been so inspired about everything that you are giving the world. And you definitely

are someone who, I would say say lives in their own version of

Wellness Wonderland. So thank you so much for stopping by my Wellness Wonderland today, Robin.

Thank you for having me. I'm so excited to be here. Yay, cool. Okay, well, let's jump right in. So like I said,

you live in a wellness wonderland.

And how long would you say it took you to get to that point?

Or how did your holistic health journey begin?

Yeah, I'm actually one of the relative newbies to all of this amazing stuff in this world

we get to live in now.

I had, before my own health journey, I'd never really kale.

You know, just until a handful of years ago, I went to Whole Foods maybe once or twice.

I found all of that really overwhelming.

I definitely thought I was healthy.

And so it's really been this incredible journey

for me that really has only been in the last few years of my life. So, you know, for me,

it really began, I would say, you know, as a kid, I always say, you know, I love to cook

and through healthy cooking camp.

I was fortunate enough to have one of those moms that she actually didn't know how to cook.

When she had met my dad, she couldn't even boil water.

And my father's favorite thing the world to do was eat. And so she very quickly enrolled her cute little teeny butt into my mom's tiny by the way it's hilarious she's
