This is our show that is, frankly, not about real estate, usually.

Usually.

Although sometimes we naturally meander into that zone.

Because we can't help ourselves.

But this is Real Estate Coaching Radio, and this is your disclaimer.

You know, it's a Sunday show, which means we're going to talk about pretty much whatever comes to mind.

We have no agenda or our specific plan of things to chat about this is julie and i's opportunity to defrag

while all of you listen in and then prepare for the following week that is what the sunday show is

and hopefully you're going to enjoy it i did write quite a few things down actually that i was

going to want to discuss with julie most of which i have not previously discussed with her because I'd love to hear her honest input on it. But I want to start

out by saying that we are going to be starting multiple daily clubhouse events on the clubhouse

app. We're going to be actually talking about the clubhouse app today because it's, I think

it's marking an interesting evolution in social networking that we really

haven't seen, I think, grow at this rate, at the rate that it is, since really Facebook.

And I guess maybe that's a great place to start.

So when this Clubhouse app came around, it's only been out like six months.

No, no, it's been out for like a year.

Yes.

But it was like when Twitter came out. Like no one, I no, it's been out for like a year. Yes. But it was like
