It's where there's like about 13 or 12 of us,

something like about a dozen of us from all over the country flew in and meeting at a

conference room in here. In this case, for three days, a little bit longer than normal,

but normally we do it about two days. And we just go around the room and everybody shares like what's the best thing you're doing

you know like like you know what what's working now what are the challenges and and then we compare

ideas and maybe I think a little bit of Bob's ideas a little bit of Susie's ideas and we hear

Dan's idea go gee Dan what if you used to put that in conjunction with that thing

that Debbie's doing? And really good stuff comes out of it. But anyway, that's another topic

for another time. But anyway, so I'm broadcasting from the, from Las Vegas here, and you're
