Whenever I get down on the human body, I inevitably will get a few messages from yoga instructors, physical therapists who say, you can't underestimate the beauty, the power, the glory, the sweetness of the human body which is grown from the universe as a way for our soul to manifest consciousness into this tiny little node of time that we currently are existing in.

And I couldn't agree with you more. You're absolutely right. I love my body. I also will get, I mean, I don't love my body like I consider my body to be a wonderland. I consider your body to be a wonderland. I consider my body to be more like a kind of slowly degenerating way stop on the highway like where you weigh trucks or something.
