the self-love fix podcast my name is Beatrice and I'm your host and today I want to do things a little differently

today I want to talk about this whole conversation of your truth my truth

spirituality and Christianity.

And I think this conversation is much needed.

I want to start off with the verse that says,

you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free in John 832 so truth how many of us are

searching for it how many of us especially the way the world is turning today, do I even need to get into the

ditty allegations and all that's happening with that?

But just that, for example, where it's like how many of us are searching for the truth, what's true,

what's a rumor, what's, you know, I think that every human being on this planet is constantly

searching for quotations truth truth and it's always

about the journey right and I was a person that used to say this too so but the

journey the journey to the truth you know and it's like one has to ask one has to question and I came to this conclusion sometime last year when I was really examining how I look at the world when I was examining you know who I started to I think this was last year yeah like early 2023 where I was like starting to feel this pool towards God and I didn't even know which

God I just started to feel a pool towards God. I was just questioning everything and I was like

if there's a bunch of many truths everywhere your truth my truth is true. What is the truth? What is the truth? And you know what's so interesting is the personal development to spirituality to trying to find the

truth pipeline is so real. Like I remember I started this whole thing years ago when I was in grad school when I started to

examine my childhood for the first time if you've been with me for any number of years and my initial entry point into this world if you

will of a personal development well yeah it was that was just it I was interested in personal development. Well yeah, it was that was just it. I was interested in

personal development. I was interested in trying to unlearn old behaviors and I'm

still with that movement and by the way I think all of us need to, you know, I will never stop advocating for boundaries, for better communication, okay, better conflict resolution, learning how to examine your patterns, the patterns of your past of your bloodline, your mother, your father, those who came before you so you don't repeat them you know I'll

never stop advocating for that and I've noticed something about human nature
