1:05.1	that really jumps out at me more than any other is a story that actually came out this morning
1:09.7	that basically said that pretty much
1:13.6	every housing tracking expert believes that half of the sales that would have happened already this
1:21.2	year have been pushed back. In other words, they're going to be starting in the next 30 days
1:25.5	going forward. So what you guys would have been experiencing in terms of new listings and buyer activity and new opportunity, blah, blah, blah, over January, February, March.
1:34.7	Hasn't happened.
1:35.7	Half of it hasn't happened statistically because of the weather.
