Welcome back, everyone. It's been an exciting weekend for real estate news and other things, of course. The Super Bowl happened yesterday.

And I have to say, while watching the Super Bowl, it's kind of interesting how in the first play of the game, the quarterback for the Denver Broncos had a little bit of an episode in which he did not do as he had promised to do or as the play called for him

to do. And as a result of that, I think he ruined his mojo for the entire game. And that affected

obviously the outcome because they lost really, really in a huge, epic way. And they got me thinking,

how does that translate? How does the start of that game and that quarterback screwing up?

How does that really translate to your real estate practices?

And I was thinking a little bit about the fact that it's all too easy to have one little episode, one little incident happen at the start of our days,

and it really sets the course for kind of what could be a very bad day, whereas if you were able to put

that episode or that bad incident behind you right away, you wouldn't have a bad day.

So that got me thinking again about some of the coaching lessons, some of the coaching experiences
