Julie Harris. Welcome back. Today is part four. And what we're doing is we're sharing with you

ideas, a plan, a system on how to make at least

$100,000 in the first 100 days of 2024. I say at least, and I emphasize it, because many of you,

that's a very easy goal to accomplish. And so you knew to increase what that number is going to

actually be. Now, you have great momentum in first quarter. It is going to set you up for a fantastic

rest of your year. You have crappy momentum in first quarter, and then you're trying to build

momentum in second quarter. You're going to have maybe one or two, like, good months, and the

rest of the time you're going to be, you know, rebuilding and building. If you have suffered from ups

and downs and income, it's because you did not

start the year with enough momentum. And by enough momentum specifically, we mean leads. We need

listings. We need, you know, triple A motivated buyers. We mean that you need to be hitting the

ground running in January, not in March or April.

That's exactly right.

Well put.

So, again, $100,000 in 100 days adjust accordingly.
