And I'm Antonia Dodge. How do you know when advice is right for you?

We talk about some advice being excellent for some people

and the same advice being terrible for other people and oftentimes we put that down to personality type like certain

advice works really well for certain you know personality types that use certain

cognitive functions because it is an alignment with how they're already wired to think and maybe

that same advice would be terrible for somebody who's a very different personality type.

But one thing that's come up for us recently is this idea of timelines. that certain types of advice are

types of advice are fantastic during certain points in a process of

of development and growth.

And it's terrible advice for other time periods in the process.

So we've been thinking about advice in a more three dimensional model.
