people that love me. I'm not sick. I'm healthy. I've got a lot of blessings in my life and yet I've been really grumpy and we're

getting ready to record a podcast you know around some other topic and I was like you know what

I want to talk about instead today about getting yourself out of a bad

mood because I think that we get caught in these little loops these like mood loops I'll call

them where we feel stuck we feel trapped we can't tend to feel better and I thought

today we'll get talked about are some ideas in life that we can use to pull ourselves

out of feeling bad or negative or being in a bad mood.

Obviously, as an even of P, emotions are important to me.

I like to deal in the world of emotions.
