growing up in elementary school, you know, people, the teachers always ask you like,

oh, write down your five year goal and your ten year goal, right?

And, you know, people ask me that sometimes.

Hey, where do you want to be in ten years from now?

But like outside of our real estate deals that we

know we're going to hold for 10 years I'm like dude I'm not even thinking more than 12 months

out because like what I think I want five years from now is going to be different when I get there and if it's not different that means that I'm not growing.

So like if you would ask me five years ago, five years ago I was an air traffic controller.

I didn't own any investment real estate.

So if you would ask me five years ago what I wanted or if I thought I'd have

thought I was crazy. But also if I had a five year goal back then and I was like I'm just going to stick to this thing,

I wouldn't be where I'm at today because I wouldn't have been open to the growth and I wouldn't have been open to

those opportunities because I would have been blinded by them.

All right guys welcome to another episode of the report. Today, I am very, very excited.

Actually, I got back up a second before I bring in our guests today. I actually spent 12 hours

in the chair last night at the tattoo shop getting this whole piece done and I thought

it was going to be like a four hour thing and so I get it tattoo shop at 5.

And we had planned out the art piece like a little bit before.

And I'm thinking we'll jump in at 5, go,

and I'll be out of there by 10 o'clock, no big deal.
